The Student Secretariat is an administrative secretariat that deals with procedures involving the university career of students, from enrolment to graduation.

Specifically, the Student secretariat deals with:

  • open-access and programmed access registrations;
  • enrolment, payment of fees and various contributions;
  • certification of fees paid;
  • payment forecasts;
  • international student practices;
  • submission and withdrawal of student practices;
  • transfers from another university;
  • transfers to another university;
  • internal transfers from another course of study;
  • withdrawal from studies;
  • interruption of studies;
  • suspension of studies;
  • lapse of studies;
  • career reconciliation;
  • application for final examination;
  • enrolment in individual courses;
  • recognition of studies undertaken abroad;
  • certified copies of documents filed with the Secretariat;
  • certificates of enrolment/degree;
  • requests for the issue of the Diploma Supplement;
  • return of high school diploma;
  • withdrawal of the degree parchment;
  • access to records;
  • delivery of magnetic card (badge), requests for its duplicate, re-magnetisation.
