The course of study in Mechatronic Engineering provides the skills to understand the issues and techniques to train engineers who are able to integrate disciplines of mechanics, electronics, controls, and computer science to produce systems and mechanisms capable of performing complex functions autonomously (e.g., robots, automatic machines, etc.)
The presence in the area of numerous companies that develop products with mechatronic characteristics (e.g., the construction of machines and plants for industrial production, electronically controlled hydraulic devices, self-propelled machines for agriculture and gardening with mechatronic control), ensure a significant employment outlet for graduates in Mechatronic Engineering.
The course is divided into two tracks: 1) Smart Product; 2) Factory of the Future.
