The TOLC test is held in the  "Tamburini" pavillon of the Department of Sciences and Method for Engineering (at the S.Lazzaro Campus in Via Amendola 2, Reggio Emilia), in the computer labs on the first floor.

On the day of the TOLC it is necessary to arrive on time at the convocation time:

- at the convocation time the pavillon door will be temporarily opened and the commission will proceed with the roll-call of those enrolled.

- After the start of the test, the door of the "Tamburini" pavilion will be closed and access to the laboratories will no longer be possible.  

 At roll call, test takers must have available:

• a valid identity document, to be shown when entering the room and to be kept visible on the table when sitting at the desk;
• the payment receipt, possibly on a smartphone instead of printed on paper, to be shown when entering the room;
• pens or pencils for writing;
• their CISIA test access credentials (= username and password of the CISIA test reserved area): they must be known for sure (or written on the payment receipt) and recently tested as working.
• You must know or have at hand your tax code. 

Immediately after entering the classroom, the mobile phone must be switched off and placed in your rucksack or bag, which in turn must be deposited near the desk as soon as you enter and may not be taken to the test station.

No personal sheets may be used while taking the test: sheets will be provided by the board in addition to any printed receipt.

If you are not sure of your login credentials for the CISIA private test area, you should write them down on the printout of the payment receipt as the receipt can be taken with you to the test location, the phone or other personal papers cannot.

The commission will NOT provide pens or pencils.
