A Delegation from the University of Limoges Visiting DISMI 🇫🇷🤝🏻🇮🇹
On January 21, the Department of Engineering Sciences and Methods hosted a delegation from the University of Limoges, France. The group, consisting of Prof. Laurent Billonnet (Director for International Relations at ENSIL-ENSCI Engineering School), Prof. Virginie Pellier, and Prof. Alan Keromnes, visited several DISMI laboratories at the Reggio Emilia Technopole.
The aim of the visit was to strengthen the already existing student, PhD candidate, and researcher mobility opportunities at DISMI, as well as to pave the way for potential research collaborations. The University of Limoges is one of more than 60 foreign universities, both European and non-European, with which DISMI has signed Erasmus+ mobility agreements over the years. On average, each year more than 100 DISMI students take part in international mobility programmes for study or traineeships, while over 50 international students are hosted by DISMI.
