For the purposes of obtaining the final qualification, credits acquired through voluntary work, community service and the like may be recognised to the student by submitting an application to the Student Secretariat.

The Departmental Council has established that the student must submit a report aimed at demonstrating the methods and techniques used in the project activity. It is therefore requested that this report be structured as follows:

  • Clearly identify the objective of the project;
  • Accurately identify the number and the different activities that were developed;
  • Describe the ways in which the project was approached, specifying the way in which the different activities were organised also in terms of time, with which actors were approached to define the project activities, which technologies were adopted (if applicable);
  • The number of hours devoted to each activity, certified by the contact person of the Body, Association or private object at which the voluntary activity took place;
  • The results achieved.

Please note that a maximum of 3 CFUs are recognised for these activities, freely chosen in SSD M-PED/01.

The procedure for acknowledgement of the activity is as follows:

  • The student delivers to the Student Secretariat the application complete with the required documentation;
  • The Student Secretariat transmits the documentation for evaluation to the Student Practices Commission, which expresses a positive or negative opinion;
  • The Commission takes the student practices to the Department Council for approval;
  • The minutes of the Department Council are sent to the Student Secretariat for updating the student records.

The request can be made throughout the whole year, but at least 3 months in advance of the graduation date.

The resolution can be consulted by the student on the website www.dismi.unimore.it in “area riservata/provvedimenti studenti”.
