In order to obtain the final qualification, the student may be awarded credits acquired through seminar-type training activities, language and computer certifications, etc..
The Department Council has established that:
- the request may be made throughout the year, but at least 3 months before the date of graduation;
- it is possible to request recognition for elective credits only for certifications (e.g. linguistic, IT, etc.) acquired during the course of study for which the request is made (CdD of 14/05/2021);
- it is possible to request recognition of the English language exam (compulsory in the Bachelor's Degree) upon presentation of a language certificate (minimum level B1) also obtained prior to the course of study;
- if you have not yet taken the English language exam, the English language certificate submitted will automatically be recognised as an English qualification (minimum level B1);
- safety courses of any kind are not recognised
- in addition, students enrolled in Master's Degree Programmes:
- may present English certificates from level B2 (or higher, depending on the level of previously recognised certificates);
- may not apply for recognition of ECDL certificates.
A maximum of 3 elective CFUs are recognised for the above-mentioned activities.
The recognition of credits will take place through the following procedure:
- the student submits the request for "Riconoscimento attività didattiche" and a copy of the certificate to the Student Secretariat;
- the Student Secretariat transmits the documentation for evaluation to the Student Practices Committee, which expresses a positive or negative opinion;
- the Commission brings the student files to the Department Council for approval;
- the minute of the Department Council is sent to the Student Secretariat for possible updating of the student records.
